At Allegra System SRL, your privacy is the cornerstone of our technology. This policy outlines our commitment to protecting your data through our "Privacy-by-Design" framework in the LumiSk application.
1. On-Device Processing
LumiSk uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (CoreML) to analyze skin wellness. All image analysis and biometric computations are performed entirely on your device.
- Photos used for analysis are NEVER transmitted to external servers.
- We do not store your photos in any cloud database.
- Analysis results are saved locally using encrypted on-device storage (SwiftData).
2. Apple HealthKit Integration
With your explicit permission, LumiSk reads data points such as Sleep, Activity, and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) to correlate lifestyle factors with skin wellness.
- This data is used solely for internal correlation logic.
- HealthKit data NEVER leaves your device and is not shared with any third parties.
3. Subscription Data
Payments for LumiSk Premium (9.99 €/year) are handled securely by Apple Inc.
- Allegra System SRL does not have access to your credit card or billing information.
- We only receive an anonymized token from Apple to verify your subscription status.
4. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Because we do not collect your personal analysis data on our servers, there is no database for advertisers or third parties to access.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Since data is stored locally, you have absolute control:
- You can delete specific scans or your entire history within the App Settings.
- Deleting the application from your device automatically removes all data associated with LumiSk.
